Casa Magica is located on a triangular parcel of almost a half an acre, in the La PRRA neighborhood of Vieques, Puerto Rico. The concrete structure has a main floor consisting of 4 bedrooms, kitchen, porch, combined dining and living room, one bathroom and a basement underneath. There is also another unfinished structure on the property that could be finished as a garage with artists studio or apartment above, or as a new complete house. The primary structure is a concrete house with a flat roof, with stairs along the side to the separate basement entrance which offers plenty of storage space. Despite the low ceiling in the basement, it has been used as an apartment in the past. The main floor has around 1,300 square feet with traditional tiles, and like the rest of the house made with concrete walls and ceilings. The bedrooms are of good size, around 10 by 11 feet each, and all with their own closet. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and built in shower. Two of the bedrooms have wall unit air conditioners, while all rooms have ceiling fans. This property is currently being used as a long term rental, but could easily convert into other options with a little TLC. And imagine the garden you could have with all that outdoor space!
